      These general terms and conditions apply to the sale of products advertised on the site and are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), particularly those of Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts), by:

      The user is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before accessing the products provided by the website, and they are considered generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase. The site and the products available can be accessed in the following languages: Italian and English.

      2. Purchase Order and Contract Finalization

        To conclude the purchase contract, it is sufficient to complete the purchase process indicated on the website. Alternatively, the contract can also be finalized via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. In any case, the purchase contract is considered finalized only when payment for the purchased product is received. Once the contract is concluded, the seller will process the order for fulfillment.

        3. Products Offered

          4. Purchase Method

            The purchase of products for sale on the website triumgallery.com is made at the price communicated to the customer, to be confirmed at the time of the order confirmation, in addition to transport fees. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of each selected product or service, as well as the total cost and transport charges, will be summarized.

            5. Prices and Payment

              The payment for the price of the products and transport costs must be made according to the methods chosen during the order process: bank transfer, PayPal, cash (within the limits allowed by current legislation), payment cards.

              6. Delivery

                Trium Gallery SRL ships within Italy, the European Union, and worldwide within 2-4 working days from payment receipt.

                The delivery of products will be made using the following methods, as chosen by the customer:

                Free pickup arranged with Trium Gallery SRL;
                Express courier.

                The customer must verify that the package is intact, undamaged, and not wet. Only after this verification should the customer accept the delivery. Once delivery is accepted, if the content inside the package is damaged, the customer has 24 hours from the delivery date to contact Trium Gallery SRL and request an insurance refund, providing clear photographs documenting the damage.

                7. Responsibility for Import Duties

                  Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trium Gallery SRL is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures or other customs formalities.

                  8. Right of Withdrawal

                    In accordance with current legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the purchased products.

                    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@triumgallery.com expressing their intention.

                    The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. A refund will be issued within 10 days from the receipt of the returned product.

                    9. Limited Liability

                      Trium Gallery SRL will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, customs restrictions, or interruptions in transportation services. Furthermore, Trium Gallery SRL will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or opportunities, arising from the purchase or use of products sold through the website.

                      10. Intellectual Property

                        The purchase of a work of art does not grant the purchaser any rights to reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the work, unless a written agreement is made with the artist and Trium Gallery SRL.

                        11. Product Warranty

                          Trium Gallery SRL guarantees that all works of art offered for sale are original. Any dispute regarding the quality of the purchased work will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and specific agreements established at the time of sale.

                          12. Data Information

                            All statistical information (such as verified exhibitions, rankings, top prices, etc.) related to the artists available on the website triumgallery.com is sourced from the websites Artprice by Artmarket.com and Artfacts.org.

                            13. Dispute Resolution

                              In case of a dispute between the customer and Trium Gallery SRL, amicable resolution of the dispute is encouraged. Alternatively, legal action may be taken before the competent Court of Monza, exclusively, as established by current legislation.
